REGENERAXIÓN is a team of architects specialized in territorial planning, urban design, architecture, and coordination of specialties. We understand territory as a living system where people, space, the environment, infrastructure, culture, the economy, and the passage of time interact. Our work seeks to interpret the evolution of societies and translate their needs into relevant, viable, and sustainable projects.
We work on public and private projects, linking professional practice with research, academia, communities, and institutions. We incorporate digital tools and new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to strengthen territorial analysis, planning, design, and project communication.

We read the territory before proposing a form: regulations, planning instruments, environmental and social conditions. From there we develop master plans and urban regeneration strategies designed to be executed in stages, with public investment and, where applicable, public-private partnerships.

Architecture and building design
We design public facilities and buildings —civic buildings, schools, cultural and research centers— that respond to a demanding program without losing their relationship to their immediate surroundings and the community that will use them.

We coordinate a project's specialty disciplines —structure, engineering calculations, sanitary and electrical specialties, landscaping— under BIM methodology to reduce clashes before construction, and we use digital tools and artificial intelligence to speed up territorial analysis, cartography, and communication at every stage of the project.

Participation, communities and social management
A master plan or a public building only works if it engages in dialogue with the people who inhabit it. We incorporate social diagnosis and citizen participation from the earliest stages of every project, and we stay connected with local institutions throughout the process.

Real estate development
We are expanding our work in territorial planning and urban design toward real estate development projects, bringing the same approach to land management, regulations, and public space that we apply in the public sector. This is an emerging line of work: we do not present it with built private real estate projects, but as a capability we are developing from our experience in urban planning.
